Character Name: Anabel Peeters
Age: 24
Appearance: short wavy blonde hair pulled back into a low ponytail, a red, yellow and black striped bandana wrapped around her head. She had golden hoop earrings, though no other jewelry on her person. She wears brown leather knee-high laced boots, a white short-sleeved shirt with puffed sleeves an neckline that goes down to just a over her breast, a short tan dress and a darker brown apron over it. She has a long white scar that reaches from her right collar bone to about five inches below her left.
Position aboard the ship: (e.g. prisoner, Captain, etc. Also write which ship you belong to, or are currently on) She doesn't work on any ship, she works as the bar maid/inn owner at the most popular inn at the port. She also is secretly a bounty hunter, though things have been slow on that front recently.
Sexuality: So far, she has only felt that way for a man, but she is not adverse to women. She believes more in compatibility than the gender of the person.
Personality: She's energetic and seems to always have a smile on her face. She seems able to get almost anyone to open up to her, even if it takes a few drinks to loosen their lips. She's generous and always willing to help someone in need, taking it so far as to allow someone to stay at the inn for free for a night if they have nowhere else to go and no money. She gets along well with anyone who comes to stay the night or just have a drink and so far no one has managed to beat her in a drinking contest.
Background: Anabel was just an orphan when she was found by the previous Inn owner and his wife. She was already 14, but they treated her as a daughter since they had no children of their own. She was a hard worker who seemed to impress those that came to the inn. At age 18, she was betrothed to a sailor and they were very much in love. However, on one of his trips, his ship was attacked by pirates and he was murdered. Since then, Anabel made it her duty to bring pirates to justice. Of course, she goes by the proper bounty channels and even gets along with quite a few pirates, since they do visit often enough. When she was 22, she inherited the inn when the previous owner died. His wife still lives and Anabel takes care of her as well as the inn.
