Character Name: Roderich Edelstein
Age: 24 years
Appearance: The perfect aristocrat even though he's trying to renegade all of this. He always wears clothes that look too fancy for what he's trying to do. He has a white complexion being sunburnt most of the time, his eyes are violet and always hidden by his glasses.
Position aboard the ship: Soon to be a member of La Armada.
Sexuality: He doesn't think about this too much.
Personality: He has a rebelious complex, choosing to leave the life of an aristocrat to be free. Due his huge interest on war strategy and battle he tends to overthink everything and to be extremely logical. He follows hierarchy strictly and never speaks more than he's asked for. Some could say he lack the soul to be a true pirate ending being only a death machine but he tends to express his feelings freely when playing his old violin.
Background: Born in a rich family Roderich was always spoiled and provided with the best his parents could find. But somehow he felt like his life was lacking something, the aristocrat life wasn't enough for him. Since he was a child he started to read about the military ships, the pirates and the worlds beyond the sea, his eyes shining at every battle detail or the discovery of a new land.
The highest point of his youth was when he met the son of a merchant that came to the port he used to live, his name was Antonio. Roderich felt like the boy was his complete opposite but somehow he felt like it would be easy to become his friend and most of all, trust and respect him. He said that one day they would be able to sail together and Roderich took this as motivation to study even more about sailing and fighting, struggling to be sure he would be good enough when the time came.
Since knowing how to handle a sword was a prerequisit for any aristocrat Roderich had no problems to receive a proper training, at first he was seen with doubt and many joked about him because of his almost feminine and frail features, but slowly he showed his true self, a disciplinated man that was able to beat his colleagues easily in a way some started to say he seemed like a demon when he fighted.
When he was old enough he decided to leave his house under the protests of his father that claimed he was no longer part of the Edelstein family. At first Roderich tried to join the Army, thinking it would be the right way to be able to fight and sail but his father's influence made it impossible for him. He started to wander around trying to find a merchant ship. He was feeling lost, alone and his money was about to end, he stopped by the shore noticing a coming pirate ship and a smile came up on his face, maybe that was the answer after all.
