Feliciano's Major is Art, though he is also pursuing Culinary arts.

*Feliciano is known to come up with random clubs with even stranger names. He doesn't often get them approved by Student Council, but somehow he is given the same room for all of his interests.

Sexuality: Feliciano is openly gay, though he will flirt with girls in a joking manner.

Personality:

Feliciano can easily be described as cheerful, as well as a pleasant individual to be around. He is a social butterfly, thriving on the constant companionship of others. Known for being spontaneous, he loves to organize small but silly social events, such as random picnics or small movie nights in their dorm. He enjoys making other people happy, especially people that are close to him. He will do everything in his power to make people smile, and to show them how important they are to him. He tries to see the good in everything, which makes him both endearing as well as a bit naive. He is not the best at sensing other people's intentions, and so can come across as being easy to take advantage of or to trick. Sometimes though, he even ignores the very obvious, so that he won't have to be alone.

Though he is often praised highly for his skills (and answers quite enthusiastically back), he does often get flustered and embarrassed if he is the only one being praised. Though he likes being noticed and recognized (and often is), he would prefer not to be the center of attention, since usually being looked at so much meant he was in some sort of trouble. Though he does not always assume the worst (usually the opposite), he is easily frightened and intimidated. He would rather run and hide than to be yelled at, which sometimes results in him being blamed for things he actually had no part in. However, he is far too genuine to throw praise back in someone's face, though he is also not afraid to point out the talents of his peers.

Feliciano appears self-confident, but he often hides his insecurities behind a smile, in the hopes that he won't worry his friends or his fratello. His 'older-by-a-few-minutes' fratello means the world to him, and though he knows Lovino would probably not believe him, he admires his fratello's determination. If anyone picks on his fratello, or anyone he deems close to him, he will not hesitate to stand up for them. Though he is by no means brave, he holds very strong morals and lives up to them.

As a student, Feliciano is a bit of a slacker. He prefers to take naps rather than to study, and though he knows he should keep in shape, dislikes P.E. But if something (e.g. painting) catches his interest, he will do his best to complete the project. He is a bit easily distracted, which makes it seem like he cannot commit to things one-hundred percent. But give him a task, or give him a good reason (e.g. for his friends) and he will always do his best.

Background:

Born the younger fraternal twin to Lovino, Feliciano's parents often doted on him and did their best to make his life as carefree as possible, despite the few minutes that separated their actual births. Though their household was a humble one, his parents spared no expense to allow their second son to explore his interests and to live a leisurely life. Feliciano enjoyed his younger years, playing with his older brother and learning how to draw and paint. However, he was unaware that his parents were not giving his older brother the same life. In his young eyes, his fratello was supposed to be the hardworking example, since one day he would become head of the household. While Feliciano spent his days painting, drawing, cooking, and enjoying life to the fullest, his fratello spent his days working hard in the gardens or learning to manage the finances. He only began to see these differences as odd when his fratello became surlier, sometimes even lashing out at him and calling him names. He ran to his parents, crying and asking why his fratello didn't love him anymore. His parents never gave their answer in words, only tried to immerse each boy in their own interests...or rather, Feliciano in his interests and Lovino in his work.

Though his parents lived in a modest home, they were by no means modest in their income. Through their connections, they procured for their second son a patron in Austria. The rich patron brought Feliciano to his home, where he taught music and allowed Feliciano to explore his interest in the arts for two years. The patron found that when it came to painting and art, Feliciano excelled without any difficulty. However, the Italian lacked discipline when it came to music, and thus did not learn much. He returned Feliciano to his parents, who began looking immediately for a prestigious school to enroll their educated son. They received a letter of recommendation and patronage from the Austrian, who recommended World Academy as the perfect place for the Italian. There, he would learn discipline as well as advance in his art and culinary skills.

Felicano found that in his absence, his fratello had grown even more surly and angry, though finally it dawned on him how vastly different their parents had treated them. Suddenly, when Lovino lashed out at social events, Feliciano took it as his parents forcing him to speak about business rather than allowing him to flirt with the beautiful girls. When their parents praised Feliciano and only mentioned Lovino in passing (if at all), he began to see how his parents truly felt about their oldest son. He tried to make Lovino feel better, by praising him and by showcasing his artwork in his room and among his own pieces. But either his actions would be seen as pity, or those who viewed Lovino's artwork would automatically compare it with Feliciano's own. He eventually gave up, too afraid of making the situation worse and making Lovino hate him, though he never saw his fratello as anything but brave and talented.

Feliciano's realizations came bundled with guilt, and in secret he sent a letter to the same patron, begging him to also sponsor Lovino to attend the same school. He asked that the patron do this in secret, so that Lovino would not feel any guilt or that he was only an afterthought to Feliciano. When the patron agreed, Feliciano was overjoyed. Their parents received the notice in the mail, that an anonymous donor had sponsored Lovino to attend World Academy to pursue the majors of his choosing. Where Feliciano expected his parents and Lovino to be overjoyed, they were simply perplexed, or in Lovino's case, seething.

He realized then that he would have to change the way he showed Lovino he had self worth. He was surprised when Lovino chose the same majors, less so when he realized they were rooming together. He did not want to tell Lovino that he was glad the other had come with him, and that he would not be alone at his new school. He often found himself sticking to Lovino in his first year, afraid to branch out too far into the student community. His artwork began to attract attention, and soon Feliciano had many admirers, both faculty and students alike. Though he spends most of his time with others, Feliciano still tries to find time to spend with Lovino, as well as to figure out how to prove to his fratello that he is talented and is recognized.
